1. How long does shipping take?

We typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times range from 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand to more countries soon!

3. What is your return policy?

4. Are your gaming desks and accessories easy to set up?

Yes! Most of our products come with easy-to-follow instructions. Setup typically takes 15–30 minutes, and no special tools are required.

5. Will this keyboard work with my setup?

Our keyboards are compatible with Windows, macOS, and most gaming consoles that support USB input. Bluetooth models also work with tablets and mobile devices.

6. What happens if my item arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. How can I track my order?
